Omar Hourani
Founder & CEO
Private Sector Leadership: Omar brings over two decades of executive leadership experience, shaping landmark investments and driving corporate transformations across the GCC and Levant. His private sector career has focused on creating value within major conglomerates, managing the full lifecycle of M&A and greenfield projects from origination and financing to post-acquisition integration and operational turnarounds.
As Chief Investment Officer at Ittihad International Investment (UAE), he was a key driver in the group’s growth into Abu Dhabi’s largest private manufacturing conglomerate ($2.8B revenue), managing 26 subsidiaries and securing over $500M in complex financing. At Manaseer Group (Jordan), he led a successful organizational and capital restructuring, revitalizing its core building materials division to achieve market leadership within six months.
Most recently, Omar executed the strategic market entry for Power International Holding (Qatar) into the Levant. As the on-the-ground lead in Syria, he established the in-country operational framework and managed the development and negotiation for two of the nation’s anchor reconstruction projects: a $7 billion greenfield power program and the $4 billion Damascus International Airport rehabilitation, both investments led by PIH subsidiary UCC Holding.
He began his career as a consultant with Arthur Andersen. His diverse expertise spans industrials, healthcare, infrastructure, environmental services, education, manufacturing, cement, chemicals, paper and tissue, steel, copper, waste management, facilities management, and construction.
Public Sector Impact: in the public sphere, Omar served as Managing Director of Jordan’s Prime Minister’s Executive Office, where he managed the nation’s economic and investment portfolios. As Investment Commissioner, he architected the transformation of Jordan’s development zones, expanding enterprise participation from 90 to 8,500 businesses. His public service also includes roles as Jordan’s Commercial Attaché & Economic Counselor to the European Union and leading strategy for Aqaba’s port and airport development.
Mr. Hourani holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Finance & Banking from the Lebanese American University.

Mr. Gay has led major strategic initiatives and operational transformations across Europe, the United States, the Middle East, Latin America, Asia, and Africa. His expertise spans investment execution, cost optimization, and productivity enhancement in both traditional and renewable energy sectors. Previously, he served as an Investment Manager at Mount Capital Limited, focusing on energy and infrastructure investments in emerging markets, and held senior positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he led the Alternative Energy team for Europe.
He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, an MSc in Industrial Engineering from the McCormick School of Engineering, and a BSc in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from ITESM Monterrey.
Andreas Denker

Andreas brings over 35 years of executive leadership experience in global industrial and technology sectors. Currently serving as CEO of NETZSCH Pumps & Systems Division, he has led multiple international organizations through significant growth and transformation phases.

At HOMAG and Vallourec, Mr. Denker held executive positions with P&L responsibility for divisions exceeding €1 billion in revenue, where he led global teams and drove digital transformation initiatives. His experience includes successful turnarounds, international expansion, and innovation in renewable energies.
Mr. Denker is an inventor on multiple patents, including foundation structures for offshore wind turbines and advanced plating technology for electronic components. He has served as President of both the European Steel Tube Association and the German Steel Tube Association, and was a Board Member of the German Offshore Wind Energy Foundation. He holds a Master’s in Economics from the University of Konstanz

She founded Syailendra Asia Group, managing over US$2 billion in assets, and established Heritage Amanah International, a leading wealth advisory firm licensed by Indonesia’s Financial Services Authority (OJK).
Ms. Nordin has demonstrated exceptional ability in building strategic relationships across regions, having initiated and led major economic forums bringing together global leaders, including Nobel laureates, heads of state, and prominent business figures. Under her leadership, she has developed innovative platforms for next-generation business leaders, including the Heritage Future Leaders Circle, which connects promising entrepreneurs with global opportunities.
Previously, she held senior positions at major financial institutions including Julius Baer Advisors Indonesia as CEO, Credit Suisse as Business Development Director, and Danareksa as Head of Wealth Management. Her expertise spans private wealth management, capital markets, and strategic advisory services for high-net-worth individuals and institutions across Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
Currently, Ms. Nordin serves as Founder and CEO of PT. Dompet Aman Indonesia, focusing on fintech innovation and digital transformation in the financial services sector.
Christopher Condy

Chris brings over 35 years of experience across investment banking, aviation finance, and luxury hospitality. His diverse expertise spans venture capital, fine dining, aviation, and business development, having founded and led multiple successful ventures in these sectors.
In aviation finance, Mr. Condy co-founded Aviation Finance Corporation, which financed over $32 billion in aircraft transactions. As an avid and licensed pilot himself, he served as Chairman of Solairus Aviation, the largest aircraft management and charter operator in the western United States. As co-founding partner at JMP Securities, he established the Consumer Investment Banking Group and led the firm’s Asian expansion, executing transactions exceeding $500 million.
In the hospitality sector, Mr. Condy has demonstrated particular success in luxury dining and hotels. As founding partner of C&L Partners, he developed multiple acclaimed restaurants including the Michelin-starred Fifth Floor Restaurant at the Palomar Hotel. He served as Chairman and CEO of Aqua Development Corporation, overseeing its portfolio of two Michelin Star restaurants, and developed notable venues including Millesime in New York’s Carlton Hotel and Urban Tavern at the Hilton San Francisco.

Ammar Ibrahim

Ammar Ibrahim brings over 20 years of experience in technology and product development, currently serving as Director of Product Management at YouTube Ads, where he leads major initiatives in AI-powered advertising platforms and digital monetization. At Google, Mr. Ibrahim has led significant product developments including YouTube’s video advertising platform and emerging market strategies across MENA. His experience includes capital structure optimization, mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, and financial modeling for both public and private sector clients. At the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), he played a key role in advancing MSME development and sustainable financing programs.
Khaled brings deep expertise in SME advisory and business transformation, having guided numerous organizations through strategic growth initiatives, market entry decisions, and financial restructuring. He holds a BBA with distinction from the American University of Beirut, with a double emphasis in Finance and Business Information Systems, and completed advanced studies at Georgetown University. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Firas Khoury

His experience spans diverse sectors including real estate, tourism, and industrial development across the MENA region and Europe.
Mr. Khoury specializes in strategic planning, market analysis, and investment strategy development, consistently delivering value through comprehensive feasibility studies and robust financial modeling. He completed an internship with Airbus in Hamburg, Germany, and holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from German Jordanian University. He is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Trinity College Dublin.
Haya Abuzaid

At Partners for Good, Ms. Abuzaid served as Director of Entrepreneurship & Employment, where she successfully led a USD 3.5M youth employment initiative funded by the Netherlands Embassy. Her achievements include creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for over 1,500 youth and establishing more than 200 strategic partnerships with private sector organizations. She also managed innovative financial literacy and rights awareness programs in collaboration with the Central Bank of Jordan, reaching over 400,000 individuals.
Ms. Abuzaid is a certified PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP®) and holds various professional certifications in community-based development and human rights principles. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology at Northumbria University and holds a B.A. in English for Specific Purposes from Jordan University for Science and Technology.
